Boundaries are the actions, thoughts and emotions that define our state of wholeness in a certain moment.
Boundaries are not negative and they are not meant to keep you in isolation and without others, boundaries are simply what defines our human experience somehow. Or in other words, it is us being actively involved in defining our life and how we want it to be.
Boundaries also are not positive. Boundaries are neutral. They are decisions in some way, and standards in other way as they are also an active way of living life in my opinion.
And we have boundaries with everything or we don’t have them! even without our conscious awareness.
Types of boundaries?
We have boundaries with others (the easiest type of boundaries to recognise), but we also have boundaries with food, with water, with money….etc or we don’t and it is quite interesting exploring this concept of putting boundaries with them all, but it is an active way of living as I said.
A boundary with food defines your eating habits.
A boundary with money defines how you relate to money.
A boundary with water will define what type of water you drink.
You see where am I going?
Boundaries are not just those actions, thoughts and emotions that we are so accustomed to use when we are angry and specially with other humans.
In our human experience we need to define our life experience. By the way manifestation also can be done through putting boundaries (standards are a form of boundaries as I have mentioned above).

Review these questions to help you identify your boundaries with any thing in your life.
Boundaries as actions:
You can ask your self this question: What actions that I make define my boundaries with……..?
Boundaries as thoughts:
You can ask yourself this question: What thoughts I need to create as a boundary in this ……?What thoughts do I have that define my boundaries with……?
Boundaries as emotions:
You can ask yourself this question: What emotion I need to create a boundary with in …….?What emotions do I have that define my boundary with?
All three are very important, very powerful and they can be a bit difficult of course. Thoughts and emotions would be more difficult.
But it would be worth it.
