Leaving our comfort Zone.
The fear that is not allowing us to move forward.
I am sure we are all very accustomed to hearing about the importance of getting out of our comfort zone.
But in reality this is not easy.
It takes a lot of power and this power is in the other side of fear.
The Fear that is crippling for us, that makes us stuck where we are.
I created this meditation to help specifically in facing this fear. The fear that does not allow us to leave the comfort zone.
After you listen take your time to journal about these questions:
What would it mean to me if I face this fear?
What is this fear trying to tell me?
How can I allow this fear to be felt?
In order for this fear to be integrated and healed:
What do I need to feel? Is this accessible to me now?
What do I need to do?Is this accessible to me now?
