Grief is where the circle of our healing gets to be initiated. If we allow it an opening happens inside of us that can initiate our healing.
No matter what is the situation we would love to heal or where we are in our life journey, grief is a good place to start.
Why?
Because grief is a reaction to loss. It is a natural response to loss. And we all experience loss at some level in all life situations. No matter how big or small the situation is grief can be accessed.

And now I would love you to journal about below questions, but before that choose a situation, a current situation that you can apply the questions on.
It could be anything, starting from a relationship, a job, or a global issue,…etc.
ALL situations are valid and are worth it. Nothing is Too big or Too small.
First part:
Describe the situation fully. As much as you can.
Is there something in this situation that makes me feel helpless?
This situation reminds me of……….
What is in me is familiar with this situation?
What is in me is clinging tightly to this situation?
Second part:
Describe the situation again. As much as you can.
Is there something in this situation that makes me feel powerful?
Going out from this situation would make me feel……..?
Staying in this situation guarantees…….?
Third part:
Write a gratitude list or text about this situation.
What are you grateful for?
Do it in two parts
As you are inside it.
As you are out of it.
This exercise seems simple, your mind would resist it but I encourage you to do it. And you can do it as many times as you can.
In the process of i, you would be able to access the “trapped grief” and you would experience release.
