First things first. Healing takes time. It is a continuous process.
We all want to heal fast, we all want to have the results today, but healing is a process of life and just like life itself it happens gradually, little by little.
So grace is a key. Be gentle with yourself.
Radical self love.
Love and approve of yourself internally/mentally continuously.
If you can do it daily. Get a journal for that.
This is a very powerful practice of life, this alone can allow you to taste the fruits of your healing journey.
Approve of your wishes, your desires, your goals. Approve of your talents and recognise your goodness.
Gratitude. Gratitude. Gratitude.
Create a gratitude journal. Practise gratitude in your life, for every detail of your life.
Do it daily.
Dedicate also a journal for that if you can (or combine self love and gratitude in one journal).
This is The practise that will allow you to multiply your blessings, because you will notice them.
