Cycles of Life
Cycles of Life and the Time when a Cycle is calling for closure "LOUDLY"
A time in your life Arrives announcing an old Cycle must come to an end.
A Cycle can be anything that is repeated for you. For example a way of being, a way of behaving (the combination of both) or a season of life or a stage of life.
This article is targeted at the seasons of life and stages of life but you can work through whatever that is alive for you.
We live our lives in cycles, and as humans we love to cling to what we must not (Isnβt it cool being a human?LOL)
Clinging to the old forces change to happen and this what sometimes trap us in painful conditions.
The end is also the Beginning
Morning is on the other side of mourning.Healing is on the other side of feeling.
Rebecca Campbell
Do you notice how nature is always changing?
Change is such an intrinsic part of life and there are cycles that demand full closure in order for Full change to happen in a certain stage in our life. And if we have the tendency to ignore this, the call to end can be loud.
Loud in pain, Loud in resistance and Loud in demand.
What do I mean by Full Closure?
Real closure means real healing. Full Closure is Fully healing something.
Old cycles were created through old patterns meaning old thoughts and old emotions enforced by behaviours (for many years or even decades), and if those arenβt healed then healing isnβt completed and closing these cycles can be unnecessarily difficult.
How can we close a cycle?
First of all, Awareness is key.
We start by being aware of the cycle we want to close. Listen to this meditation to connect with what you need to close.
After you listen, go through these questions and answer them in your journal:
1-What is coming to an end in my life?
2-What Cycle is calling me to end/close?
3-Where do I want to go? Where am I heading? What is calling me forward?
4-How can I be ready to where I am heading? What emotion/s need to heal? What thoughts can I let go of? What actions can I take?
5-Write in gratitude about this Cycle. Write about what you learned, what you lived, what you enjoyed. ALL the things that you are grateful for. Dig deep if they donβt come up easy.
You can Listen to the meditation again and go through these questions again and repeat it as much as you need.
Much Love,
Mona
