Clarity
It is important to see clearly in all situations.
Clarity is one of the most important things that we should seek to have in our lives.
What is clarity?
It is a state of seeing and perceiving clearly with regards to a certain issue or a certain situation.
Mostly, it is the state we can have once we work through what doesnβt make us see clearly.
And what doesnβt make us see clearly? what causes the vagueness?
Un processed emotions.
Stuck emotions.
Whatever the emotion is, if it is un processed it blocks our vision and it deprives us from seeing clearly.
Clarity makes us able to take decisions.
To move forward.
Clarity takes off the stress and allow us to do things in a state of peace.
Start practising clarity by working through what blocks it for you.
Journaling is one of the best methods for me to have clarity because it helps me with processing the emotion.
Answering these questions in your journal can help with having clarity:
1-What am I avoiding here in this situation?
2-What emotion am I not allowing in this moment?
3-What am I scared of?
4-What will I do now if I have clarity?
5-What decision would I make if I have clarity?
